Last week two of our Career Services members were busy at the Canberra Careers Market. The promotion of the myfuture site was well received with visitors accessing the site from 8 computers. Understandably our primary audience - secondary school students - loved the yo-yo giveaways!
Selling the myfuture site as an ongoing ‘one stop shop’ for career information and exploring personal options seems to work. Users can revisit the site regularly and use the My Guide section to build their own career story board in their own space.
With a new enhanced My Guide project underway, the benefits for myfuture users will include virtual tour, improved navigation, streamlined login, more visuals, and short ‘taster’ activities to enjoy.
