16-year old Tom Wood might not have an Edublog - but he received kudos for hacking the $84 million government porn filter in less than 30 minutes and making the point that kids need to be taught how to stay safe online rather than just be protected by technology.
The 2007 Edublog awards hosted by Jokay on jokaydia island were a great opportunity to experience an online event about online activities. Sitting next to HeyJude, attended by people from all over the world, it was a real buzz.
Well done to everyone involved - and to Jo Kay for hosting the event on jokaydia.
