E-learning Insights goes Vox Pop in 2008

In the spirit of the read-write web, the first edition of edna’s E-learning Insights podcast for 2008 will feature audio content from listeners.

People involved in the Australian education and training sector are invited to answer the following questions:

  • Do you blog and/or read blogs? If so, why?
  • If you don’t blog and/or you don’t read other blogs, why not?

To submit your answer via audio, log into edna’s Sandpit Groups and visit the E-learning Insights Vox Pops Group, located at http://sandpit.edna.edu.au/course/view.php?id=118

There you’ll be able to access the Wimba Voice Board to record a 60-second Vox Pop to submit for consideration for inclusion in the Wednesday, 24 January edition of E-learning Insights.

No access to a microphone or computer with a soundcard? Or is audio not your thing? No problem!  The E-learning Insights Vox Pops Group has details on how to submit a Text Pop via email.

We’re test driving this as a possibility as a regular addition to E-learning Insight’s interview format, so let us know what you think of the Vox Pops idea by sending an email to podcast@edna.edu.au

This is a great idea Kerry, and it was relatively easy to use even for a technical klutz like me. I’m looking forward to the comments of others. I am determined to be a better blogger this year, and I really have so much to learn from the experience of others.

Thanks Kerrie! I had a listen and the quality is great. Hope others will follow your lead so that we get a good cross section of bloggers and anti-bloggers.
