Inner circle people lead a discussion about a novel’s chapter (for example). They are assessed for preparation, analysis, participation, facilitiation and leadership.

The Outer Circle are to observe, note, analyse and report on what they observed. They can be invited into the Inner Circle discussion at any time by any inner circle members. They are assessed by their contributions and reports. Wow! What an exercise.
